1 Definitions & General Information

3 Age Verification

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are subject to specific expiry deadlines — any unclaimed bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• The specified wagering requirement (typically 20x to 30x) must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will be treated as final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Multi-Accounting: No individual may operate more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using any structured betting system to guarantee profits is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach platform security is strictly prohibited and legally punishable.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or the conversion of illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits using another person's payment method are not permitted.
• Automated Betting Software: Placing bets automatically using bots or scripts is strictly prohibited.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action will be taken where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Khela XYZ Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If KYC documents are not submitted or if fraudulent documents are provided.
• Under the direction of legal authorities.
• If the user wishes to close their account voluntarily.
